Our
"Construct Network" Right-Click Menu
allows designer to construct all objects continuously
"on the fly".
No
Repetitive Pulldown Menus - No Toolbar Reloads
needed to construct the entire water system -
No Need to leave the command sequence to perform
any other HydrauliCAD tasks
Once
started in "Construct Network", the
Designer can:
- continuously
construct any water system object (pipe, junction,
pump, reservoir, tank, valve)
- edit
last object (or edit any object in the entire
drawing)
- change
preset data template to alter input data for
next objects
- reset
data templates for any object existing in
the drawing by merely clicking on the object
- change
display settings
etc. etc. etc.

A
Right-Click Menu "Typical Example":
Designer
has just placed a Node & is about to select
the next object he wishes to place
(Or
he could decide to Edit any object in the drawing)
(Or, he could select to place a "Pump Station",
create it's curve, and continue on to place a PRV
Valve, adjust valve settings, then add junctions
etc. - without ever leaving the continuous "Construct
Network" command).
(OR, designer can do any task he wishes "on
the fly")
- while remaining in the "Construct Network"
command.

|
|
"Construct
Network" automatically senses whether it should:
-
place the next node in space
- connect
next pipe to an existing node
- OR,
split an existing pipe into 2 new pipes, add
a new junction & then add your new (3rd
pipe)
(HydrauliCAD will not connect an inappropriate
3rd pipe to a pump or valve)
Once completed, it remains "loaded"
for you to do your next task.
