Tutorial Overview 02 -
Using the Main Tutorial / Template Drawing:

1. To "Quickly" Learn How To Use HydrauliCAD
2. As Template for Your Own Work

The main drawing has been not only been set up to further assist in your learning how to use HydrauliCAD but also to be used for Essential Settings, Options and as a Template for your inirial work drawings.

The main drawing

"US__HydrauliCAD_1_TUTORIAL_and_TEMPLATE"
OR
"Metric__HydrauliCAD_1_TUTORIAL_and_TEMPLATE"

contains all of the Settings and Termplates needed for modeling.

This drawing has been set up with editable "Starters":
- Object Templates created and loaded for all objects
- Pump curves, Demand Patterns, etc.
- Display and Label Styles to allow viewing at a useful scale.
- Scenarios for various Time Step runs and On / Off procedures.
- Several other User Settings in Options will be of value in gwtting you started.

All Options / Settings can be Edited and or Deleted to suit your needs.

Note:
- For Drawing, Each Object type requires a loaded scaled Template in order for it to appear at a useful size in the drawing.

- For Viewing, Each drawing requires a Display / Label Style to exist and to be set active in order for objects and labels to appear at a desirable scale.

I suggest for your first drawing or 2 that you save the above drawing to a directory and name useful to your project, and then delete (or keep to the side) the objects in it.
Then start your own network in it knowing that many "editable" Templates, Display Styles, Scenarios etc. are already set up for you.

All Settings / Options in it can be used in your initial drawings. You can add or edit your own as time goes on and remove those not needed.
