"Report All" causes all objects in the drawing to be reported for the Properties and Conditions as set in Options > Reports for this named Current Report "Report Selected" causes those objects selected in the drawing to be reported for the Properties and Conditions as set in Options > Reports for this named Current Report |

For Graphs in Excel or other mediums, choose appropriate delimited text output (within listbox 4. above), save to file and load into display program. You can then customize your graph as desired.
