AutoCAD does not save Selection sets, Temporarily or Permanently. Thus, we created our Save Selection Sets tool to save Sets for the session and also permanently for future use. The HydrauliCAD Quick Select tool allows complex and sequential Add and / or Exclude Queries dealing with all Hydraulic Properties of the Hydraulic Objects. The Customized AutoCAD Quick Select tool can also be added into complex query steps at any point. These 3 tools work together to Create and Save Selection Sets resulting from advanced Queries, with the option to later recall Saved Sets to use and / or alter (append to or exclude from) further. |

All Selection Sets can be saved, for the session and / or permanently in the drawing for later recall and use. There are 2 distinct Types of "Saved" Selection Sets: 1. "Temporary Sets" are for use during the Current AutoCAD Session. 2. "Permanent Sets", once the drawing is saved, remain a permanent part of the drawing and can be recalled at any time in the future |
|
| Network Error Selections can be Saved for future diagnostics using "Quick Select" to generate them, and "Save Selection Sets" to save them. | |

NOTE 1: Following Query, you can edit any Property of your result en masse in the Properties Palette. NOTE 2: You can also Save the resulting Selection Set for future recall (see Save Sets in this Section of the User guide or use the links below). NOTE 3: At any time, Saved Sets can be recalled later, then Edited, Appended to, or Selected from, using any of the above 4 selection methods. (See Save Sets in this Section of the User guide or use the links below). NOTE 4: You can also Cycle through the result "by Individual Object" using our "Cycle through selection" method, Viewing and / or Editing any individual Object. (See Cycle through Sets in this Section of the User guide or use the links below). |
